• Z-Shaped Open Screen ceiling profiles that are hung vertically from the suspension to form an open screen linear perspective interior ceilings. It can be seen that Z-Shaped system offers provision for air movement through the ceiling and light fitting, sprinkler etc.

• Z-Shaped Screen 100*20 mm (80mm Gap) Open False Ceiling System. Panel (Aluminium): Metalium make square edge panels, 100 mm wide x 20 mm wide up to 2.5 mtr with formed out of 0.71 mm TCT Aluminium alloys like AA-8011 etc. Panel shall be powder coated on both the surface. When two panels are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of panel coupler suitable for Z Shaped Screen Panel.
• Panel (Galvanized Steel): Metalium make square edge panels, 100 mm wide x 20 mm wide up to 2.5 mtr with formed out of 0.55 mm TCT Galvanized Steel as per IS-513. Panel shall be powder coated on both the surface. When two panels are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of panel coupler suitable for Z Shaped Screen Panel.
• Carrier: Carrier shall be 32 mm wide and 42 mm deep with cutouts to hold the panel in a module of 100 mm, carrier shall be roll formed out of 0.45 mm Galvanized steel and cut to a standard length of 2.4 mtr. When two or more carriers are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of carrier coupler which will clip on to the holes in the sides of the cut carrier and hold them firmly in place while maintaining the module of 100mm centre to centre.
• Installation detail: The carrier shall be suspended from slab/truss by 4mm dia galvanized rod & height adjustment powder coated spring steel clips at maximum 1.2 to 1.5 meter centre to centre. The 4mm dia galvanized rod shall be fixed to slab by forming one end “J” shape with roll inserts.
• Edge Profile: Edge profile shall be L- shaped, roll formed out of 0.5mm Galvanized steel / aluminium strips with coil coating or powder Coating in standard colors.

• Clip-In concealed panels provide durable and monolithic ceilings for interior and can be used in external conditions where the False Ceiling is not directly exposed to rainfall. Clip-In panels are available in a variety of rectangular and square sizes like 600*600mm, 1200*600mm, 1200*300mm, 300*300mm & custom sizes. Modular and circular light fitting and grilles can be integrated within the Clip-In system.
• Clip-In tiles are ideal for use in areas requiring a high degree of Cleanliness such as Laboratories, Hospitals & Operation Theatres. A totally air & dust tight ceiling can be achieved with a Silicon Sealant applied between the joints of the tiles.

• Panel (Galvanized Steel): Metalium make Clip In Panels 600 * 600 mm area made from 0.45 / 0.50mm TCT Galvanized Steel sheet as per IS-513. Panel shall be square edged. Panel size shall be 600 * 600 mm and shall be coil / powder coated on external surface only.
• Panel (Aluminium): Metalium make Clip In Panels 600 * 600 mm area made from 0.6 / 0.7 mm TCT aluminium alloy like AA-8011. Panel shall be square edged. Panel size shall be 600 * 600 mm and shall be coil / powder coated on external surface only.
• Paint Detail: Coil coated panel shall be chromatized for maximum bond between metal and paint, enamelled twice under high temperature, one side with full primer and finish coat, the other side (Inner side) with a primer coating and skin coat on continuous paint line or Powder coated panel shall be 50 microns thick on exposed surface.
• Perforation Details: 2.5mm dia, 5.5mm Centre to Centre in Regular Pattern.
• Suspension: Tiles would be suspended by suspension system comprising 0.45 mm Galvanized Steel clip in profiles at 600 mm centre to centre. Panel shall be snapped into clip in profile. Suspension profiles would be suspended from roof structure by 4 mm Galvanized wire rod and level adjusting spring steel clips and hold on hangers at maximum 1200 centre to centre. When two or more carriers are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of carrier coupler. Pressure clip shall be provided along the length to hold the panels.
• Edge Profile: Edge profile shall be L- shaped, roll formed out of 0.5mm Galvanized steel / aluminium strips with coil coating or powder Coating in standard colors.

• The Beam Sections are arranged in one direction to create a linear ceiling effect, and are used to support the ceiling panels and light fittings. Beams can be produced in a verity of width 75mm, 100mm, 150mm and tiles are generally supplied 254mm wide to standard length.

• Panel Details (Galvanized Steel):
• Metalium make Panels shall be fabricated from 0.50mm TCT Galvanized steel sheet. Panel shall be square edged. Panel size shall be 1264 mm * 254 mm and shall be coil / powder coated on continuous paint line.
• Edge Profile: Edge profile shall be L- shaped, roll formed out of 0.5mm Aluminum /Galvanized steel strips with coil coating or powder Coating in standard colors.
• Paint Detail: Panel shall be chromatized for maximum bond between metal and paint, enamelled twice under high temperature, one side with full primer and finish coat, the other side (Inner Side) with a primer coating and skin coat on continuous paint line.
• Suspension and Installation Details: 0.50mm Galvanized steel Carrier 100 mm in width shall be installed with the help of 100 mm width Hold on Hanger. 4mm dia rod, top and bottom portion of rod shall be rounded, Top end shall be screwed to slab and bottom shall be fixed to Hold on Hanger. Spacing of suspenders shall be max. 1200 mm and shall be fitted to Hold on Hanger with Height adjustment suspension clip. The spacing between the carriers shall be 1364 mm centre to centre and the flanges at each end of the plank shall rest on the top of the exposed carrier. Pressure clip shall be
• provided along the length to hold the Panels.

• Metalium 150F, specially designed arrangement make the Ceiling completely interlocked and air tight for a smooth look & uninterrupted appearance, which are able to withstand extreme wind pressure.

• Panel (Galvanized Steel): Metalium make 150F Panels are roll formed using state of the art roll forming lines to 150mm wide x 17mm deep x 0.5mm TCT Galvanized Steel as per IS-513 with flush edges. Panel shall be coil coated on external surface only. When two panels are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of panel coupler suitable for 150F Panel.
• Panel (Aluminium): Metalium make 150F Panels are roll formed using state of the art roll forming lines to 150mm wide x 17mm deep x 0.6mm TCT Aluminium alloys like AA-8011 etc with flush edges. Panel shall be powder coated / coil coated on external surface only. When two panels are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of panel coupler suitable for 150F Panel.

• Suspension System: For interior application, 150F carrier would be suspended from the roof/truss by 4mm diameter GS wire rod with height adjustment spring steel clips made out of galvanized spring steel or stainless steel. The 4mm dia galvanized rod shall be fixed to slab by forming one end “J” shape with roll inserts. For Exterior application, the carrier would be suspended from the roof / truss by rigid suspension of GS suspension angle with T Leveler at max 1 mtr centre to centre.
• Carrier: Carrier shall be 34 mm wide and 48 mm deep with cutouts to hold the panel in a module of 150 mm, carrier shall be roll formed out of 0.6 mm GS coil and cut to a standard length of 2.4 mtr. When two or more carriers are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of carrier coupler which will clip on to the holes in the sides of the cut carrier and hold them firmly in place while maintaining the module of 150mm centre to centre.

• Linear 84R Ceiling is known for its attractive and fluid lines. The spaces between the panels may be left open for acoustical or air movement requirements, or closed with separate Flush Cap to give concealed look. Panels can be easily removed & replaced by hand allowing easy and full access to services.

• out of 0.45 / 0.50mm TCT Galvanized steel as per IS-513 fixed on carriers. Panel shall be powder coated / coil coated on external surface only. When two panels are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of panel coupler suitable for 84R Panel.
• Panel Details (Aluminium): Metalium make Round edge panels, 84 mm wide x 15 mm deep x length up to 5 mtr. formed out of 0.5 / 0.6 / 0.7 mm thick TCT Aluminium alloy (AA) 8011-H3 fixed on carriers. Panel shall be powder coated / coil coated on external surface only. When two panels are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of panel coupler suitable for 84R Panel.
• Paint Detail: Coil coated panel shall be chromatized for maximum bond between metal and paint, enamelled twice under high temperature, one side with full primer and finish coat, the other side (Inner side) with a primer coating and skin coat on continuous paint line or Powder coated panel shall be 50 microns thick on exposed surface.
• Perforation Details: 2mm dia, 7mm Centre to Centre in diagonal Pattern. Aluminium Flush Profile of 0.50 mm thick and maximum length up to 2.4 mtr. will be inserted in 16 mm gap between the panels
• Carrier: Carrier shall be 32 mm wide and 39 mm deep with cutouts to hold the panel in a module of 100 mm, carrier shall be roll formed out of 0.5 mm Galvanized steel and cut to a standard length of 2.4 mtr. When two or more carriers are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of carrier coupler which will clip on to the holes in the sides of the cut carrier and hold them firmly in place while maintaining the module of 100mm centre to centre.
